| o Turning off the thermostat or
the remote switch will NOT damage the furnace, as it will still go through
its shutdown cycle. o If you lose power or turn off the service switch during operation, the furnace could be damaged because it will not go through the shutdown cycle. |
| 2. When I have smoke from the exhaust when starting or running the furnace is it dangerous? |

| 3. Is smoke from the exhaust common? |
| o It is not common. It means that
there is a loss or inadequate amount of fuel. This may indicate that it
is time for basic maintenance. |
